Paul Ziller Therapy

Hello, and welcome.

I’m dedicated to therapeutic work through a strong sense of purpose. As a client, this work enabled me to transform my own life at a time when I felt I was losing my mooring and longed for a deeper connection to myself. When cut-off parts of ourselves ask to be held, and past experiences need to be better understood and integrated, therapy can help. My hope is to be a wellness and actualization partner in your process. I believe you ARE whole, but perhaps can’t yet see it.

An ongoing process towards seeing your wholeness. Why I’m here.

For the first 25 years of my professional life I was a graphic designer and art director. This work trained me to experience and metabolize things as they are, and express them through visual stories that evoke emotional responses.

Aspects of that very human process are also essential to the therapeutic process, and inspire a constant curiosity in me. I can help you cultivate more curiosity about yourself too. I aim to help you understand and know yourself better — to see your struggles, responses, patterns, stories, and essence — on your journey to seeing that wholeness in yourself.

Your unique light & shadow.

I’m called to advocate for, and help guide, those who experience misattunement, aloneness, alienation, or being misunderstood. To understand your unique light and shadow. Help you tell your stories, and move towards healing, through this integration, and expression.

I understand that the client/therapist “fit” and relationship is essential to this work. I’d welcome an opportunity to talk with you to discuss what you‘re looking for, what your needs are, and what I may be able to offer you. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
